From Vision to Reality: The Art of Holding Your Own Power.

The Weight of Manifestation: A Journey from Spirit to Palm

In the work that I do, I often talk about "shifting energy" as an abstract concept. But there are rare, profound moments in deep meditation where that shift becomes so tangible you can feel the literal weight of it in your body. I recently experienced a personal vision that moved through a sacred sequence of growth, activation, and the delivery of physical tools.

If you have been feeling a pull to finally "ground" your spiritual practice into something material and real, I hope the stages of this journey offer a roadmap for your own path.

A pink lotus flower peaking through the waters.

The Lotus (The Breakthrough)

As I sat with my eyes closed and my legs crossed with open palms resting on my legs. I Asked for Guidance from God and my spirit guides.

I sat alone in quiet, focused on the energy around me and with a deep breath I saw a Lotus flower peaking through the waters with its delicate peddles pointing toward the sun.

In the metaphysical world, the Lotus isn’t just a flower. But a symbol of resilience and enlightenment. Because it roots in the mud but blooms pristinely above the waters surface, it usually appears when you are moving through a period of transformation.

The lotus being the first sign to come through, served as a reminder of resilience. Just as the lotus rises through the mud and waters to bloom, This signaled a time of rising above heavy or “murky” circumstances to reclaim my true essence.

The lotus represents the ability to use our challenges and shadows as the very fuel we need to bloom.

Seeing this first also signaled that the “rising” phase has been completed.

A white lily

The Lily (The Purification)

Following the lotus I saw a Lily. The lily often signifies a refining of intentions. In many cultures, lilies represent the restoration of the soul and a return to a state of innocence or “clean slate”.

After the struggles of the lotus comes the peace of the Lily. It brought an energy of restoration- a total clearing of the emotional palate. It served as a reminder that to hold new power, we must first return to a state of grace and “clean” intention.

Lush green fern

The Fern (Endurance and Ancient Wisdom)

Moving from delicate flowers to a fern is a significant shift. Ferns are among the oldest plants on earth; they represent sincerity, magic, and shelter. Unlike flowers that bloom and fade, ferns are hardy, green, and persistent.

Seeing the fern next was a shift into ancient, primordial energy. Ferns don’t need flowers to be powerful'; they represent endurance and the “magic of the forest floor.” It signaled that the spiritual insights I was receiving were being locked into my DNA, making them sturdy and permanent.

a spiral on the palms of a persons hands.

The Spiral: Activation

What I experienced next is something hard for me to put into words. But I will try to describe the visit of one of my guides.

She came to me quietly, This sweet elderly woman with grey hair and old eyes. She came closer to me whispering softly, “It’s ok child, you got this” she knelt down in front of me and repeated “You got this” as she touched my hands. She began to draw a Spiral symbol in the palms of both my hands. She smiled at me as she closed my hands holding on to them with warmth and love and slowly disappeared.

My Hands began to feel heavy, When I looked down I saw money in my left hand and an old pocket watch in my right hand. I will explain the significants of that in a moment. First, let’s get back to this spiral.

The Spiral in the Palms (The Activation)

The Spiral is one of the oldest symbols for Universal Energy, Expansion, and the Cyclical Nature of Life. Having it drawn into the palms of my hands suggests an “activation” of my ability to create. It represents energy moving from the center (my intention) outward into the world (my actions).

The spiral is the blueprint of the universe, from the shape of the galaxies to the pattern of our fingertips. By marking my hands with this symbol, she was “turning on” the conduits through which I create.

The Tools of the Manifester

Finally the heaviness in my hands. This feeling was an indication of energy becoming dense enough to manifest. It’s the sensation of the spiritual potential turning into physical reality.

The Left Hand: Money (The Flow of Receiving)

In many esoteric traditions, the left hand is considered the “Receiving Hand” and “money” represents more than just currency; it is a symbol of value, abundance, and energy exchange. A message that I am vibrationally aligned to receive the “harvest” of my work. The universe was saying: “The gates are open, let the resources flow in.”

The Right Hand: Pocket Watch (The Flow of Giving/Action)

The right is traditionally the “Giving Hand” or the hand of “Doing.”

The “Pocket Watch” represents Divine Timing, Discipline, and the Stewardship of Time. It signaled that I am being given mastery over how and when I spend my energy.

This personal meditation was a complete cycle of transformation. It began with the work of the soul-rising (Lotus), clearing (Lily), and grounding (Fern). It ended with a call to action: having been activated with the resources (Money) and the mastery over my own Time to build my reality.

From Vision to Reality

This meditation wasn’t just a series of beautiful images; it was a formal “Commissioning.”

The plants prepared the soil of my spirit. The guide activated the power in my hands. The symbols provided the means to succeed. It is a powerful reminder that when we do the inner work of the Lotus and the Fern, we aren’t just “dreaming” - we are preparing our hands to hold the actual weight of our lives.

What are you currently holding in your “hands” of intention? Are you ready for the weight of your dreams to finally become real?
